Weekly Chart and Blog Candy
Being a Stampin' Up! Demo has many perks.........I have told you before how SU! gives us many ideas, and helps us tons. Another perk is that you get to meet a bunch of other SU! Demo's and here in North Carolina we have a group that gets together regularly and we share ideas and really get to know one another. I made this gift for my NC Demo Sister, we had a get together last weekend and I made this for her because she is SO busy all the time and it seemed like the ideal way for her family to be able to keep up with what they have to do.

I made the flower with ribbon, stamped paper to put inside the pen, and made the cover. I used the New Stamp set from SU! called Elements of Style (you KNOW I love this set!).
#120045-$19.95
The paper is one that will be coming back called Pacific Point. I missed this paper and am so happy that SU! is bringing it back! You can order it in July when the new Catty comes out. For now, you will have to get this stamp set, it is very versatile and you won't regret it!!
Here is a peek inside the weekly planner:

And a close up of the flower:

This flower is very easy to do (IF I can do it, so can you!!). All you have to do is have a running stitch along one side and pull it tight so it starts bunching up and then you just place a stitch to close the two sides and put some paper in the middle with a brad!
This weekly planner has magnets on the back so you can have it on the fridge for easy reference. Now that I have given this one away, I will have to make me one!
Don't forget I have Blog Candy up for grabs!! The only thing you have to do to be in the running for this Stampin' Up! stamp set is leave me a message before May 10th! How easy is that!!?? Here is a picture of what you will be in a drawing for:

Good luck! Come back tomorrow for some more inspiration!
Have a Great Stamping Day!

Lisa, I like this set you used for the planner. What a great idea. If you didn't want to use ribbon, could probably color some embellishments to match. Looking forward to seeing it in person. I, too. am glad that Pacific Point is coming back. I am not even going to complain about the blue flowers as you say stamping can be artistic. I wish there were a real flower this color. Closest I have seen is a poppy. Nannette
