Home decor and Blog Candy!
Today I am going to show you a wall hanging that I made that I am very excited about! I saw it on some photos from Convention, I'm not sure whose it was.....I used some coasters, sandwiched between two More Mustard Scalloped Circles. I then layered it with other cardstock and then stamped Each circle with the Inspired by Nature stamp set and then I used the Defining Alphabet and the Define your Life stampsets from SU!.
I put ribbon between each circle and coaster, so it became a wall hanging! I love how it came out, you will have to let me know if you agree with me!

This was a pretty simple project. I gave one away and kept one for myself! Instead of hanging mine up by the ribbon, I am going to go have it framed, so I can put either black or brown behind it and then hang it on my wall. My walls are pretty light, and I don't think it will POP on them. Plus I think it will be much easier to keep clean and not have it messed up.
I am planning on having a class where we can do this project. If this is something you would like to do, please let me know. I will need to get the coasters, so finding out who is interested is key!

What a great idea! I love it!!! I don't have any of the round coasters but have square ones that I'm going to do this with. I love how you used the Define Your Life set, too. Thanks for sharing!

I really like your wall hanging. I do have some round coasters (yep....the bar/restaurant versions somehow 'jump' right into my purse!) I'm going to have to create one for myself. TFS!!
