Elements of Style Spring Page
Hey guys!
I told you that today I was going to show you a scrapbook page. I am!! In fact this is a TWO page spread! I am doing this at my scrapbook class next week at my home in Kernersville. The class is $10.00 for TWO pages, and it is at 6:30 p.m. Let me know if you want to attend!
This is a page that I have done before in Pinks.............but not all my customers have girls, so I wanted to be able to 'man it up'.... kind of! I figure Spring is all about flowers, and it is hard to 'man up' Spring! LOL
I have also done another page to the one I have shown you before. You can go see that page here.
Here is the Blue page: TIP: To not get frustrated with making your Title line up, I purposely tilt the letters so they are willy wonky, this way you don't have to worry!!!
I also put the journaling behind the panel on the right, the ribbon is the pull out so you can read it and put it back. GREAT if you aren't too proud of your handwriting!!

And here is the 2nd page:

The key to doing a 2 page spread is to make it cohesive, which is what I did by using the same color cardstock and continuing the hummingbirds and flowers. Not sure how 'Manly' these pages are, but they do say Spring!! LOL
Here is a close up of the Hummingbirds:
And a close up of the 'flower'.....
I LOVE the Polka Dot Ribbon, can you tell?
