Extra Large 2 step Bird Punch flowers AND Blog Candy!

How did you like my videos yesterday?

Today I am going to show you a handmade card that uses Punches to make some flowers.   I got this idea and part of the card from Ann Clemmer, thanks Ann!!

I switched it up a bit and added some Red Satin 5/8 " ribbon, and made Roses from the 2 step Bird punch instead of petal flowers at the bottom.  I made these roses by mistake, I was trying to do something, and I saw the rose!  So I kept it that way!!  Plus, these kind of roses (the kind that aren't open yet) are my favorite kind!!

I LOVE Red, Black and White together, it is so striking!  This card is going to be one of the three projects that will be made on Monday the  5th at the Senior Center here in Kernersville.  We always make a technique 6 X 6 scrapbook page, that shows how to do a certain technique, and then we do a card using the technique.  We make one more card on top of those two, so you really go home with a lot of ideas to show everyone!!

This class is on the First Monday of each month, and the Senior Center can be found downstairs from the Kernersville Library.  I have two classes that day, one at 9:30 a.m. and one at 1:00 p.m.  We do the same thing in both classes, some people aren't morning people so they come to the afternoon one!

Have a Great Stamping Day!
