Eastern Influences SCCSC6 and Blog Candy!
For today I designed a card to go with a Challenge that is found on the Stampin' Up! site for Demonstrators. It is called SCCSC (Stampin' Connections Card Sketch Challenge). There are SO many ideas on this site, you would NEVER have to look anywhere else! SU! provides so much help to us Demo's.........they send us publications to our door with ideas inside, THOUSANDS of pictures available on Stampin' Connections, AND I get PAID to have fun!!
If you want to join SU! and my team, I give out a lot of benefits too! You get a lot of on line help, and you get one on one help from me, not to mention that when you come to my classes you get $10.00 off right away! If the class costs $10.00 you get it all for FREE!! Anything over $10.00 you just pay what's left over. IF you are wanting to become a down line and you don't live near me, I would send you pictures via email of all my classes, plus I would send you the exact cards I do each month so you would have them in your hand!!
Ok, enough of talking and no pictures!! I hope you are still with me! LOL
Today's handmade card is made with SU!'s rubberstamp set Eastern Influences. I stamped it using Ruby Red, and using a blender pen I colored in the bark, I then used my White Gel Pen to color in the flowers. I sponged around the edges with Ruby Red, and then Chocolate Chip. After sponging you will have to go back over some of the white again so it is bright.
I dyed the Organza White ribbon Ruby Red and used that to meet the requirements. Here is the sketch that I needed to follow:

And my card is here:

I used the Sizzix Frames, Oval Die. And the cool brads are from the mini and they are so pretty!! Hope you like it!!
Don't forget that I have Blog Candy!! You can win just by commenting until Monday the 29th. I will have a drawing for those who commented all week on Monday. You can win this set from SU! called Extreme Guitar:

Good luck!!
Have a Great Stamping Day!
