Vintage Vogue
Today I am showing you how to so a Scrapbook Page using the NEW set from Stampin' Up! called Vintage Vogue. You know I love to Scrapbook and to be able to make such a pretty page really makes me happy. First off I stamped the really nice edge stamp that is in this set on both the Real Red 12 X 12 and the Bashful blue.

Each time I stamped using the color of the cardstock underneath to make the color more bold.

I layered Certainly Celery and some Soft Suede Designer paper together to make this great page. I also stamped the 'Friend' stamp with the pretty flower border using the Bashful Blue on white to tie the whole page together. To make a separation between the pictures I will be using, I used the Real Red Polka Dot ribbon. And to top off the page I used a Certainly Celery button with some of the hemp twine in the center. Isn't this a pretty page?

The goal in scrapbooking is to make your pictures stand out and be a great way to show them off, you DON'T want the page to be so busy that everything on the page will draw your eyes away from your pictures. Remember, the star of the scrapbook page is your pictures!!
