Bird on a Branch

The handmade card today is a CASE from a great stamper, but my problem is that the picture I saved to my computer didn't have a watermark with her name on it.......so if this is your design please let me know so I can give you credit!!

I bought this Stampin' Up! stamp set because of this card, so I hope you like it as much as I do!!

I used Summer Sun Card stock for the main page, then I used a circle I punched out with the 1 1/4" circle punch and put it on the cardstock where I thought the sun should be and put some removeable tape on the bottom so it would stay put .  I then took my brayer and using Really Rust (it was a coordinating color on my color wheel!) and brayered part of the card to leave the bottom without the Really Rust.   I then took off the circle and stamped the branch from this set over the sun and then placed the bird on the branch!  VERY pretty right?!!  For the bottom of this piece of cardstock I used the Eyelet Border punch, it really makes this scene pop!!  I then put some Soft Suede Polka Dot Ribbon along the bottom above the Eyelet punch and layered this on a piece of Soft Suede and then put these on Summer Sun.........stamping the sentiment from this set along bottom.  This is a great scenery card and I love it!!!   What do you think?

Have a Great Stamping Day!!
