Fifth Avenue Floral

Today I am doing a card that I partially CASED from Sandi MacIver.  The design is the same, but I used Garden Green as the Designer paper and the leaves are from La Jardin Botanique.   So, is that still a CASE?  She inspires me all the time.  The coloring on the flower I used the ink pads with an Aqua Painter, and then to make the Melon Mambo color even darker I used a blender pen.  I really like how it came out!  The Specialty Paper on the top of the card is from the Bride.  LOVE it!!   I have seen so many cards using it, I will share with you some of those, another day.   The colors I used to color in the Rose is: Melon Mambo, Cameo Coral and Pretty in Pink .  For the leaves I used Certainly Celery and Garden Green.  This is a very elegant card and I think any woman would love it for her birthday, and the fact that it is handmade!?, makes it even BETTER!!   The ribbon is the Melon Mambo polka dot.

Well?  Do you like it?

Today I am going to Piney Grove Elementary in Kernersville to do a class.  I am excited to be able to meet some of the teachers at the school and let them have some fun and create!

Have a Great Stamping Day!
