I wanted to try something new today.  I wanted to use the Sizzix Backgrounds 1 on Vellum and see what it looked like.  Once I did that, I wasn't sure what to do with it.    I am having a class on the 20th of April where we are making 5 cards using only one stamp set (Inspired by Nature) so I figured that might be a good one to use.     I decided to use Summer Sun since I think that is the color that they come in nature (am I right?).  I also used Chocolate Chip because that is the color  I used for the top of the Cone Flower.  I just love how Stampin' Up! makes designing so easy!  All our colors match and coordinate well with each other (especially those in the same color family!).   I had this really pretty ribbon that I thought would go great with this card (Ribbon Originals) and I also used the antique brads.  The tag is from the Sizzix Bigz die Matchbox from the new Mini- Occasions!   The sentiment is from the Oval All set that is also in the Occasions Mini.



Don't you just love how the embossed background looks!?  I hope you like it!  It's a really simple handmade card using SU! markers.
