PopTart Box Card Holder!

I'm back from Convention!!  I had to take a couple of days to rest, but now I am ready to go!    I learned so much, and I'm anxious to share it all with you guys!!  One of the things is to take an empty PopTart box (we have them all the time!) and cover it with Stampin' Up!'s Designer Series Paper and make it a card holder!  This was the first thing I made that I saw from Convention and WOW!  I love it!!

First get your pop tart box..............Then fold in the tops........................

Then measure and score your paper.................Cut the ends on only two sides, so they will be hidden, do this on both ends

Adhere this to the outside of the box so that it covers all sides overlapping inside............then cut coordinating dsp for inside.

For the next step you will cut dividers using solid paper, I used Kiwi Kiss, with RidingHood Red for the tabs.

Here is the finished box!!  I am ordering some RidingHood Red striped ribbon to make handles for it, but will have to wait until we can order from the new catalog!  I am thinking that the catalogs I have for you guys will be here this week.  I will post when I get them!

Isn't this pretty?!!   And this was made from a PopTart Box!  Keep tuned for new things I learned while at Convention!!

If anyone is interested in a class to do this box, I want to do one!  You will order $25.00 worth of product, where you will buy the DSP and a package of in colors, plus whatever else you would like for the other $7.00.   You will take what is left over so you can do more at home!  You will also get a sheet detailing the measurements with a picture tutorial.   You will only be spending $25.00, but you will take home all the supplies (minus the poptart boxes) to make at least SIX more if you would like!!  I need this class to be a prepay, so I can order your supplies.  Post a comment to this post if you are interested, and I will set a date.
Hope you loved this project as much as I do!  I will be talking to you again soon!
