I just LOVE this set!  I was showing my downline how to do Poppin' Pastels,  so I whipped out  True friend.  I wanted to use the piece I showed her because it came out so pretty.   I don't know about you guys, but I hate to waste anything I do with Stampin' Up stamp sets!   I cut around the design, then thought it would look pretty with cardstock behind it, and I just cut around what I had done before.  Then I love how Crystal Effects make things so touchable and it gives it dimension, so I did that on all the dots.  After letting it sit for around 20 minutes I sprinkled Dazzling Diamonds over it and waiting until it was dry to brush off the extra.  You know how I like glitter!!!   
The ribbon is our white ribbon, that I just went over with our markers so it matches!  When doing the saying I wanted the last Friend to show up, so I used my markers to color the saying.  It still needed a little something so I used our small circle punch (1/2") and used them to frame the design.
The colors I used are Ruby Red, Barely Banana and Cameo Coral.
