SC168 Bali Breeze DSP

This week the sketch challenge required some DSP, so I took out my Bali Breeze and picked out which colors I liked that go with it.  For this time I am using Black, Turquoise, Pumpkin, and Taken With Teal.  You can go to see the challenge here!

I also used the Eastern Elegance rub on flowers, for my middle piece.  I first put down the black one, and then put the white over top of it and turned the flower so they complimented each other.   I trimmed the edges because I wanted to really 'spot light' the flowers.  I used a turquoise rhinestone in the middle, and it's much prettier in person.
I would love to see what you can come up with using SU!'s DSP (designer series paper)!  And if you use all current product I may post it here on my blog!  If you send me a card using current Stampin' Up! product, and I post it on here, I will send you a little thank you!!  What do you think?  Are you ready to start creating??!
My Monday class at the Kernersville Library is coming up soon!  I have some GREAT ideas, so you don't want to miss it!  We meet downstairs in the Senior Center at 9:45 the first Monday of the month, this next month it will be April 7th.  You don't have to be a Senior to attend and you can live anywhere in the Triad or even further and still come!  I am always happy to see new faces.

After looking the card over, I turned it on it's side and really liked it going that way!  But then it needed something in the bottom panel, so I took back out the rub ons from Eastern Elegance and put a saying with some more flowers on the bottom.  Isn't it amazing how the same card could look different with turning it and adding one thing?  Please, let me know which one you like better.....I like the second one, but I would love to know what you think!
