A Beautiful Thing using scallop punch

This handmade card was done using the new Designer paper from SU!, and the new stamp set 'A Beautiful Thing'.  I also used the scallop punch but tweeked it a little.  Below you will see how I got the medallion to look like it is.
The colors I chose were ones that coordinated well with this designer paper.  Ruby Red and Groovy Guava.

Using a scrap piece of white printer paper, punch out a scallop.  Then using temporary adhesive place alrady cut white adhesive over an already cut scallop using the color of cardstock you wish.  Make sure that the scallops are off set from each other, then you punch out your scallop punching like you are re-punching the white in the same place.  Remove white paper and your already cut scallop will have more pointed edges.
I am having my class next Monday at the Kernersville Library downstairs in the senior center, anyone interested may come,  there is no age limit.
