I got the idea for this card from Dawn Rhodes.  I changed it up a bit.  I used our In color paper (Groovy Guava, River Rock and Purely Pomegranate).  I LOVE them!!  I hand stamped the Baroque Motif stamp using versamark, then embossed with SU! gold embossing powder.  I then used our slit punch to create the scalloped edge at the bottom.  I also used our gold cording and gold paper.  Of course I used the scallop punch and the 1/16" circle punch.  I love the patterned paper when making cards, it just gives a great look for the background!
