I first stamped the floral background stamp on a white piece of paper.  I then cut it into 1" squares.  I then placed them on the white paper and then put clear embossing powder all over it!  WAY pretty in person!  I then punched out the key tag piece from Brilliant Blue cardstock.  Stamped the phrase on it in White, mounted it on a piece of Brilliant Blue Cardstock and I was done!  Very pretty, yet easy!  The best kind of card!   These kind of cards are great for a beginning rubber stamper since they are really easy, but still a WOW!
